Counters & Trackers
With all of these different services out there on the Internet it can be a bit confusing picking one. Counters and Trackers come in many different shapes and sizes and perform a variety of different tasks.
AADDZZ - Free counters and trackers available in many different designs
Free & Fun Counter - Ok counter. Easy to setup(NEW)
Gumball Tracker - This tracker counts everything. It's free. The interface to view stats is a little funny thought.
Icount - transparent or 6 different graphical displays. Must have 300 hits or less to use the free counter. (NEW)
NetStat - Very good counter and tracker! Can record up to the last 25 referring links. Graphic does not take up much webpage space! FOUR **** (NEW)
PageCount - I liked this service except for there banner which was UGLY and BIG. Did keep good stats though. (NEW)
SuperStats - I liked there stat keeping the best of any I have seen. The banner is kinda big though, 400 X 40. (NEW)
Extreme Stats - There logo is nice and small and they keep a variety of stats. They are the ones I use. (NEW)
WebTracker - Web Tracker lets you count visitors to your page. You gain informative data on what browser they are using, the operating system they are running, and can even tell if they are a return visitor! (NEW)
SiteStats - Has not been reviewed..Sorry. (NEW)
FastCounter -A free service of the linkexchange. Nice small counter. Weekly stats available.
SiteFlow -Great counter with tons of stats. Nice small logo and you need a password to access stats. Very good counter. For sites with under 500 visitors a day. (NEW)
CounterStats -Many counter styles to choose from, quick response time, self-designed displays, and visitor statistics. Not bad
CounterMania -web counter service with a visitor log, clock, and date, with over 40 different digit styles.
Web-Counter -put a visitor counter on your page without CGI programming.
PageMeter - web page usage analysis tool using Java.
Webpal -WebPal generates hourly, daily and monthly reports. Each report contains accesses, browsers and hosts statistics.
Only a trail version unless you want to pay
FreeCounter -A free counter that allows you to count the hits on all your pages, view counts on all pages at the same
time & view counts without viewing the page and incrementing the count. Easy to set up: just cut & paste some HTML and make minor modifications and you're all set. Not Recommended
TheCounter -Four different styles, easy to setup. Good variety of stats available.
CountMaster -provides free counters as well as statistical information and web promotion services.
WatchWise -Provides a up to the minute reports.
Mytimer -My timer counts the amount of time each visitor spends on you site.
